Cancellation policy:
A $50 cancellation fee will be charged to patients who do not cancel within 24 hours

Hands-on-Health Center:
Located in the concourse below a three-story brick apartment building (Kew Gardens Townhouses), down the hall from the Kew Gardens Health & Fitness Center. Walk to the end of the driveway on the right side of the townhouses, to the concourse entrance. Go downstairs and to the end of the hall.
By car:
Northern State/Grand Central Parkway to Jackie Robinson Parkway, exit 13 (formerly Interboro Parkway).Exit at Metropolitan Avenue turn left at end of ramp (eastbound). Six lights or 6/10 mile to Lefferts Boulevard. The center is 1/2 block past Lefferts Boulevard, on the right side.
Long Island Expressway to Grand Central Parkway East (exit 22A westbound) or Van Wyck Expressway South (exit 22B Westbound). Exit at Jackie Robinson Parkway and proceed as above.
Van Wyck Expressway South (from the north shore or Whitestone Bridge). Exit at Jackie Robinson Parkway and proceed as above.
Van Wyck Expressway North (from the south shore). Exit at Jamaica Avenue. Left at light. Bear right at next light. Then bear right at next light onto Metropolitan Avenue. We are 1/2 mile down on the left.
Union Turnpike to Metropolitan Avenue east. 1/2 mile on right.
The LIRR is 3 blocks from the Hands-on-Health Center. Take the Railroad to Kew Gardens station. You will come out near Lefferts Boulevard. Walk right on Lefferts, passing Chase Manhattan Bank on the left and Citibank on the right. Continue two blocks to the first light (Metropolitan Avenue) and turn left. Cross Metropolitan and look for the three-story brick building.
By Subway:
The Hands-On Health Center is 1/2 mile from the Subway. Take the E or F train to Union Turnpike/Kew Gardens. Follow signs to the south side of Queens Boulevard. Take Q 10 bus, at the intersection of Queens Boulevard and Kew Gardens Road, to Metropolitan Ave., and proceed as above. If you prefer to walk from the subway station, take Kew Gardens Road to Lefferts Boulevard and turn right. Follow Lefferts down the hill (about five blocks) to Metropolitan Avenue. Cross Metropolitan and turn left and proceed as above.
By bus:
Q 54 Metropolitan Avenue bus to Lefferts Boulevard.
Q 10 Lefferts Boulevard bus to Metropolitan Avenue.
Q 60 Queens Boulevard bus to Union Turnpike. Transfer to the Q10 bus to Metropolitan Avenue.
